Pros

Can be good opportunities if you want to be a sales person

Cons

I applied for management position. It's all a lie. They don't hire for management, they only hire salesman. Then they promote from within. Even then managers are still sales men and nothing more than that. They lied to me from the very beginning which is a terrible way to try and get people to work for you . I was told a one on one interview and to wear a business suit. It turned out to be a 10 person sells pitch to sell us on taking the job and all I had to wear was jeans and a collard shirt. They also don't tell you is that you need a license to even sell there product and it cost you 200 bucks, studying and test taking to even get it. You don't pass the test. Gotta keep paying up more money until you do. Absolutely do not waste your time with this.

Pros

I don't really see any pros after reading reviews.

Cons

Poor, indirect communication. First contact was a recording. The second contact was another recording. They requested that I dress professionally for a zoom call, which I did consider. However, after researching the company, I am convinced that this is not a supportive environment.
