Flexible schedule, great coworkers, good for a highschooler as part-time work

Dealing with rude customers can get a little old

Really easy to make management look incompetent.

Below market pay. Promotions/Raises based on favoritism/prejudice rather than performance or reliability. No benefits. No holidays off. No PTO. No said sick days. Company retaliate's for taking Workers Comp or paying reimbursement for gas mileage/supplies out of pocket. Condescending and incompetent management.
