Pros
The 401K is excellent (100% match up to 6% with immediate vest in employer contributions).
Cons
For 300 corporate employees, only 3 promotions in 3 years. When staff leave, they are replaced. People are not promoted into new roles. Salaries are in the 25th percentile with unusually high employee healthcare premiums. A great annual review will no bring any merit salary increase. If you cannot find employment anywhere else, this is your place.
