Pros

Good benefits and bonuses, the company has a few perks (paid cellphone, paid travel, bonus structure). CaptiveAire is very forward thinking and innovative in most areas. Opportunities are there for those who are very ambitious.

Cons

Vacation time is broken into 2 hour increments and based on an accrual system which means you have to save up and plan very far in advance for any PTO. Bonus payout structure seems to fluctuate based on managements mood. Very innovative company, but it comes at the cost of a poor work/life balance. Busy culture is the standard.

Pros

Great products and a growing company with opportunity for professional development.

Cons

Strong internal competition (on the sales side at least) with weak territory controls. Pay isn't very competitive with competitors.
