      Pay and benefits are good

      Cons

      Politics drive all decision making, including career progression Frequent layoffs, less than 18 months apart for the last 12 years Constant decisions that hurt the company long term to prop up the stock price Senior Mgmt will make unrealistic commitments to the Board and make everyone else's life hell to achieve them (and fail) Lip service to diversity & inclusion. Actual racist incidents aren't addressed even when reported.
