Pros
Lots of good people to work with. Room for growth if you apply yourself and try to advance your career. Vacation time accumulates quite well over time. Plenty of work to help days go by. Opportunity for lots of overtime pay.
Cons
Onboard training is minimal, with little structure. New employees are left to learn the ins and outs from their peers who more often than not are also quite new. Can be hard to get out of working overtime if you need to depending on what area you work in. There are departments/areas that have been left to operate on there own with minimal oversight/leadership.
