During the initial years, Bitus Labs was defining its business direction and product strategy, which led to a few project restructurings and policy adjustments that hadn’t yet aligned with local practices. However, things have improved dramatically since the full company reorganization in 2023–2024. The structure is clear, leadership is stable, and benefits and work flexibility have been upgraded. Today, Bitus Labs offers a supportive and innovative environment with great teamwork between the US and Taiwan offices. Employees are trusted with ownership, and there’s strong encouragement for personal growth and creative ideas.

As the company continues to grow fast, priorities can still shift quickly. Adaptability and proactive communication are key to thriving here.
