Pros
Free beer easy work. Stepping stone to better opportunities. Alter Domus is trying to make the benefits better, but this is only to match other firms that have had these benefits for years.
Cons
Pays you very poor salary in comparison to other entry level positions in finance. Recruiters will embellish and say that you can be promoted to a higher position with a 40% pay increase in typically 6 months-1 year. This is a lie most take two years. Even if you do make it two years and get promoted you will always be behind and outstripped by your peers in other companies moving up. No culture.
