      Cons

      Everything else. Don’t make it known that you have a mental illness that you need help with. They’ll get you to document your job and then fire you for needing help. It’s an extremely toxic workplace and managing directors are terrible.

      Pros

      Managers were supportive and do not put too much on you. WFH is great as they were 2 days in office per week.
