Additionally, all team members are expected to perform based on the skillsets discussed in the interview and to the level representative to their station (regardless of if the employee is junior level or masterclass). Another core value is Work Hard-Play Hard. We encourage team members to take a break, play a video game, or some other form of a brain break throughout the day to promote a healthy work-life balance. We also facilitate a flexible work schedule, however hours in the ‘Play’ column do not count for hours in the ‘Work’ column.
