Hello, thank you for taking the time to leave a review- we value the feedback we get. We’re glad to hear that our pay, benefits, and your coworker’s relationships are positive attributes in the workplace for you; but are disappointed to hear that we’ve missed the mark with our communication around change in the organization. We acknowledge that there’s quite a bit of change going on in the organization as we are aggressively growing as an organization in all ways to better serve our customers- teams, systems, and capabilities. With growth oftentimes comes people changes for a variety of reasons, as you may have experienced. While we would love to share more around people changes we are unable to discuss specific reasons for people changes. We understand that change can be difficult and are always soliciting feedback on how we can improve communication. Additionally, HR is an advocate for employees and has an open-door policy. Other outlets to ask questions, share concerns or ideas are, our internal audit function or our 3rd party Ethicspoint (confidential hotline) program which can be accessed through our company site, or via telephone at 1-877-204-2775. We would like to clarify that the new Flexible Time Off Policy does not override your previously accrued PTO. This PTO is still available for use and will sit in your PTO Bank until you use it.
