Some of the worst management! The Regional above me was corrupt and a liar. I won't say who it was but it rhymes with Vulmer. She does not care about her employees and did anything she could to bully her employees. She is known in the company for being a gossiper and showing favortism. It was always her way or the highway. This is the kind of person Centerspace promotes. She got promoted last year and promoted the person that sucked up to her the most that had no idea what they were doing at their job. They have a bunch of fake, rude, bullying people in leadership. I was with this company for way too many years of my life. I put up with so much and am grateful that I made it out.

Toxic work environment. Upper management doesn't care what feedback they get from site teams. If you say anything negative you "don't believe in the product". They don't trust site teams to do what needs to be done so they gatekeep everything and prolong any necessary process. Only cares about the money and bottom line. While that's important, customer relations needs to be more focused on. Never worked for a company that is so money-grubbing.
