Great People at the Site Level. Some Senior and Executive Management were very helpful.

Cons

Members of Executive and Regional Management Petered out years prior to being promoted into their position. Leadership should be about lifting those who report to you and your peers up, but the company allowed too much chatter that resulting in many high performers leaving the organization.
