Pros
WFH, Pay rate, and company is expanding
Cons
They require you to be on camera the entire time you are working. There are 5 supervisors and only 1 goes on camera (Nathan). The other 4 (Karl, Charvis, Simpson, and David) are never on camera and when asked questions they sometimes ask to repeat after a couple mins of silence, because clearly they werent paying attention. One of them also had a tv/video playing in the background when they unmuted themselves again clearly not paying attention, hence they have their cameras off. It is disrespectful I fully believe you should lead by example, but they dont. They lead with the "rules for thee not for me" mentality. They also throw the training into taking live calls with customers, when the class is not fully comfortable and still is trying to learn the softwares used. (There are many)
