Pros

One of few players in Datacenter space with arm based technology

Cons

Poor company. A lot of ex intel folks who bring the culture with them . No support for growth or development.

Pros

- Opportunity to implement your ideas - No baggage code - Work on multiple areas and sky is the limit

Cons

- Sometimes managers hire desperately and not hire the right people - Super low pay - benefits suck - some people taking advantage of unlimited PTO and almost taking time off every other week and no one bats an eye - turning into mini Intel - people who made money and older are just here for fun - hiring is questionable as they just hire most people from Intel
