      Pros

      Cool swag and lots of it. Great backpack

      Cons

      Hard to work across time zones, not a lot of direction, felt very siloed and alone, I would get ambushed first thing in the morning. Lots of turnover. Not a place to make a career

      We appreciate your positive feedback on our cool swag but there is so much more such as our continuous learning environment, the very cool projects and clients that our consultants support, and the really cool people with whom you get to work. The learning and career opportunities here are unlimited and many of our AllClouders have between 3 - 10 years tenure here at AllCloud. We have heard the concerns about working across time zones and are currently reorganizing our coverage model to help alleviate that concern.

      Great company for getting experience as a fresher

      Pros

      You get access to / exposed to a lot of different Salesforce Clouds and can learn a lot in a short time. Ample leadership opportunities, it runs like a startup.

      Cons

      No real cons, the manager I had was not a great fit for me but that was just a personal thing. I'd also add that the potential to get burnt out is quite high but that's really all consulting companies in general

      AllCloud is indeed a great place to learn and our employees can definitely grow their careers here. Consulting is life in the fast lane with lots of exposure to different clients and situations for which our employees get to provide innovative solutions.

      Best Career Decision I've Ever Made

      Pros

      -Great Leadership that has been in the cloud space and successfully created great cultures for a long time. They actually care about you as a human. -Work life balance. -Getting to work with a premier consulting partner, you get to work with some technical rockstars. -They really encourage career growth, great supportive environment no matter what you are looking to do with in your career.

      Cons

      -Some processes are still being ironed out but our input is welcomed. -Partner companies being able to recruit our team members. -Have to pass on some really really good candidates sometimes since our clients require the best of the best

As we continue to grow at a rapid pace, some processes will become outdated. We’re working hard across the business to keep up and make processes more efficient and effective for our AllClouders and to upgrade our systems. Again, thank you for the really positive feedback.
