Pros

I got to work on a variety of projects that were well above my pay grade. The people I worked with were great.

Cons

There is no movement, there are very few promotions and the pay is not keeping up with the market. From my perspective the Disney motto is to give lower level employees work well above their pay grade to make them feel that they are moving up but never give them a promotion or money for doing so.

Pros

Generally, the people are very kind in particular on the executive side. The campus is historic and cool to see. The hallways are decorated with golden age Hollywood photographs to highlight specific project from the past.

Cons

Network television is dying out in large part due to its rigid top-level executive team and refusal to embrace non-traditional stories and audiences. There is some room for growth however, it seems some in the organization are grasping tight to a fleeting magic. Also, the pay could be better.
