Monarch Investment & Management Group was started by Bob and Kathy Nicolls in their home office in 1992. Over 30 years later, MIMG has grown exponentially into what it is today with over 2,400 employees and 340 properties in 25 states. With all this growth, it is still a family-owned company, and it is important for us to maintain that family feeling no matter the size. Monarch specializes in the acquisition and management of multifamily apartment communities. MIMG has two corporate offices; Headquarters is in Franktown, CO with another Corporate Office in Grand Rapids, MI. We are equipped with every department to ensure that our properties thrive. Unlike other investment brokers or Real Estate Investment Trusts, Monarch remains part of the property all the way through conclusion. The same people who approve and acquire the project are the ones who are actively involved in managing the property every day. We strive to build the best employee team at all levels of operation. We are personally invested and highly committed to the success of the property at every phase. It is this unique and continuous involvement that separates Monarch from the competition and drives superior results.
