I interviewed at lululemon (Miami, FL) in Mar 2022
Interview
Very personal interview process—they really wanted to get to know who you are as a whole, not just your resume or work experience. It started with a group interview, then a one-on-one interview, and finally a last round. Overall, it was a really positive experience and wasn't overly difficult. The questions were more focused on your personality, values, teamwork, and how you connect with others rather than trying to trip you up.
iI had a group interview with 8 people. The interviewers were very friendly and it was a very relaxed atmosphere. They asked questions popcorn style and everyone got a chance to answer.
