I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Target in Nov 2015
Interview
I applied On-campus. There was an online test in the beginning. 30 tech+apti MCQs n 1 Coding in 1 hour total. Time management was important here. 20 people out of 150 were shortlisted. But there were no individual cut-offs. A few people who performed very good in the MCQs but could not write the code correctly were also shortlisted. There are 2-4 technical interviews where basically our coding and algorithmic skills were tested. For every question they wanted a code! Then there was 1 HR round. It was a behavioural interview where situations are given and we had to tell them something from our life that matches that situation.
