New grad position. 1 panel interview with head of New grad program and all of the unit managers. Interview was during covid, so it was online. Asked about 10 to 12 questions related to experience and personality.

Applied online few months later heard back about getting the interview. New grad residency program interview was panel style; around 4-5 different people interviewing taking turns asking questions. Got a call within the next few days that I had gotten the job.

About 15- 30 minutes in total with generalized interview questions asked by a panel which includes the manager, CNS, and unit lead.
Important to know about the company and why you want to work there. Also good to ask follow-up questions.
