RF-SMART Project Manager interview questions

The interview process was long, sometimes going up to 3 weeks before the next one was scheduled. I completed 4 interviews, and another candidate was selected. I thought the process was unnecessarily long, but they were thorough in their questions about my experience, my knowledge, and what i hoped to get out of the position. Fairly transparent when it came to answering my questions as well about the culture of the company, the role expectations, and the review process.

I was extremely impressed with the communication from the recruiting team. They kept me up to date on next steps, and provided feedback through out the process. If most companies offered and conducted an interview process such as RF Smart, the work world would be a better place. Thank you!
