Phone screen first and then if qualified onsite interview and location tour. During the phone screen, I think it’s more of just seeing how your personable skills are seeing if you can do the difficult situations seeing if you can fit in within the group group. They will explain to you the process or manufacturing that the group is involved in and the things they do to execute those projects. Overall, I think it’s a great experience

Interview
This was a second round interview. I had previously had a short phone interview prior to being called in. We started by going over my resume and the job and then went into some basic STAR questions. At the end, we took a tour of the facility.
