It starts with panel with three quality heads in different areas to discover ur technical skills ,abilities and then after assessment there is HR interview to discover ur strengths and weakness
Used the SMART technique to the letter. If you read about that you should be able to answer the questions well. They were very good with scheduling and communication. Overall it was a positive experience.

Interview
GSK follows a very standardized interview process centered around assuring that there is no discrimination of applicants.
