I coordinated a time and day for a virtual interview with the district manager. During our call to schedule this interview, she also said someone from the store would be calling me to schedule an in person interview. The in person interview happened to be scheduled before the virtual one, I went to it and it was alright. The manager who did my interview was a little behind on schedule. We then walked out of the store and around the mall in search for a place to sit. I did not appreciate that I had to have a professional interview out in the middle of shoppers walking around instead of a private space. After this they said that the district manager would contact me but not to have a virtual interview but to talk about the next steps (to hire me), but I found it a bit confusing that they're scheduling different interviews like this.
