Fui inicialmente contactado via telefone para primeiras informações sonre o "meu momento atual" e expectativa salarial. Após essa fase foi marcado entrevista via plataforma online onde foi informado posição da vaga, benefícios e solicitadas informações sobre histórico profissional e enfatizado qual seria a expectativa salarial. Após esta etapa seria marcado entrevista com o gestor de recursos humanos. Na realidade não obtive nenhum retorno sobre o andamento da vaga... infelizmente as empresas contactam pessoas, tomam informações mas não retornam.

Applied. Heard back within a week that a screener was desired. Scheduled it. Recruiter was 30 minutes late. She said she had double booked and the other interview had run long. First red flag. I had my camera on, she did not. I went to turn mine off after a few minutes. She asked me to turn it back on, but she never did. Second red flag. Some discussion of my resume, with questions about why I had left previous jobs and why I want to leave my current job. After this AstraZeneca inquisition, I was asked for my desired salary, which I had listed in my application. I was told that even though the range was from 190k to 289k, in reality it was more like 200-220k. I told them that would not work and that I would have to withdraw. Waste of 30 minutes. AstraZeneca should not be late, not follow their own interview instructions and lie about salary expectations on their job descriptions. Shake my head

Why did you leave your last two jobs and why do you want to leave your current one?
I had a great experience during the interview. My interviewer was really professional and very kind with her response. It was a 30-minute interview and it was very quick and straightforward.
I had three rounds of interviews in the hiring process. First one was with a recruiter, about 15 minutes, discussing overall experience so far, Second was a fit interview, with the hiring manager over a teams call. The last round was presenting a case study in person and technical questioning along with it.
