Interview was quick and easy. Quick phone interview. . They have you take a test on the computer and do a live interview with a few people all in one day.

They have you do a mock call. It was pretty good experience so I knew what I was getting into.
The entire interview process was pretty good and I got selected as a customer Expert and were working as a 3rd party vendors for the Toyota Motor credit Corporation and dealing with the Toyota vehicles.

The phone interview at AllianceOne was professional and straightforward. The interviewer asked about my customer service experience, problem-solving skills, and ability to handle tough calls. It was a positive experience that focused on communication and professionalism.
It was on call interview, they asked me about my previous job experience Also asked about my hobbies, daily routine etc. After that i had few typing tests and voice recording like activities.
