we have an excellent diversity program

Lots of good intent, tons of training (which is great), good focus in this area...but only minimal execution. Lacking in female and diverse leadership. No good pipeline for hiring diverse candidates, when it comes to recruitment. I've seen companies a fraction of their size do a better job recruiting for diversity, and promoting.
