Employee Assistance Program
The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a confidential counseling service to help address the personal issues you
are facing. This service, staffed by experienced clinicians, is available by calling a toll-free phone line 24 hours a day, seven days a week. A Guidance Consultant will refer you to a local counselor for up to three face-to-face counseling sessions per problem, at no per session charge*, or to resources in your community.
*In California, employees who require more than three sessions in a six-month period must satisfy certain criteria.
