Progressive offers monthly bonuses based on attendance. They are a bit smaller than most companies. Only 250 max. They have a decent gainshare program. 8% back of your gross income at the end of the year. Not bad, but not a lot of money if you are used to making quarterly bonuses. Most employees work 10+ hours of overtime to ensure a bigger bonus. Otherwise it is pretty miniscule,

Bonus plan was great and something I truly miss. It was more of a gainshare plan and allowed for the employees to benefit whenthe company did well. This was a great incentive for the employees to take some ownership in helping the compay to succeed. Program was based on a % of your salary and a annual factor which could rage from 0-2.
