Job Training

Not trained enough. Thrown into the wind

You can use their system and learn on your own, but you are expected to basically teach yourself everything you need to know. You are handed material and told to learn it by watching crappy hard to hear and understand power points on a computer. Then you are moved from classroom to classroom and dumped off on employees who could care less about you and are to “busy” to wanna deal with you so you are basically left to figure it out on your own. Oh and did I mention each classroom has their own way of completing paperwork so, it’s like a good luck at figuring that out.

No paid job training provided but management is very flexible to let you take paid time off for any trainings that you want to go on your own

This was hard. Training was limited. Co-workers we’re in and out of the office constantly and I kind of had to learn as I went. And they constantly changed what they required of me

They offer many training's at new hire, but can be lacking on updating training's for long term employees.
