Diversity Programs

Never used this benefit before .

The company does have a great mission statement.

they have a strong diversity plan

The diversity is forced and seems to be pretty racist from what has been shared with me. The seem to be some activists who have made it into the company. Nobody should ever be made to feel bad about their race!

like most companies a diversity officer who is diverse is hired but many of the leaders are traditional white male. females conform to make it in leadership but the company has been giving signs that it understands the opportunities that exist to increase/improve their inclusivity

None of this was ever discussed. There was zero diversity or desire to achieve.

Very much involved with culture and diversity. Top priority.
