Training and mentorship is abundant. So many resources for employees leave no room for complaints

It has been great for me

Ive had no problem with getting support during my career growth. Just takes personal effort

Exxonmobil provides Professional Development via training.

Although many complain of the annual employee review process, it forces annual plans to discuss and determine training. I went to plenty of short courses. They also pay for some graduate/college work if done concurrently while working.

Has pretty good health insurance but I do not like the fact that they’ve made it confusing to underatqnd the premimum
