This one has changed a little over the past couple years the Eap is a company asset in all reality before they changed they had some of the best people working there that thought of you not the company.

CSX has a program to assist employee's in need. It's confidential and very effective.

Using most of the EAP will cause you to be removed from service until cleared by doctor and CSX medical to return to work. This can take a year or more in some cases. Most people i know just keep there issues to there self and keep the company out of the personal business..
