Our Regional Project Managers and Portfolio Managers combined forces to help facilitate discussions at our Leasing and Service Rally. Don’t be fooled by their masks and capes, the PFMs and RPMs were actually the sidekicks to our real Promethean “superheroes”, our Neighbor Ambassadors and Service Techs. At the rally, they all worked together to define their “superpowers” and discuss new ways to “save the day” for our Neighbors.
Just days after one of the worst fires in state history started devastating Northern California, Prometheus put out flyers and donation bins in our over 30 Bay Area Neighborhoods and began collecting an outpour of offerings from our amazing Neighbors and Prometheans. We found the perfect local partner, the St. John Baptist Catholic School in Napa, to help us distribute all the donations to those who needed it most, and this week “Project Smile” officially took place. While our U-Haul truck filled to the brim may have been just be a drop in the bucket compared to the scale of this disaster, our Prometheans were forever grateful to help put smiles on some weary faces and share the love and support from our Neighbors with those who needed it the most.
