With Leclerc since 1988, Chantale is a colleague with an inspiring and impressive career path. Over nearly four decades, she has done just about everything: Production Worker, Operator, Team Leader, Evening Production Director, and today, Chantale is the Internal Trainer at the 95R plant in Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures. She is also one of the first people to welcome new employees and supports them throughout their journey at Leclerc. For Chantale, work must go hand in hand with enjoyment, a value she truly embodies. Because a good laugh, a smile, a joke, or a moment of connection can make all the difference in everyday work. She is recognized for her commitment, generosity, and her passion for sharing her knowledges. Her colleagues, job stability, and opportunities to grow are what she has appreciated most over the years. 38 years later, she is still just as proud to be part of the great Biscuits Leclerc family, and we are very proud to have her with us all this time!❤
