      Pros

      Can't think of anything. There's nothing positive to look for.

      Cons

      Bad toilets, bad food, bad management, bad leave policy, bad time management, bad culture. Higher management abuses and yells at their team. The CTO is often found yelling and swearing at other employees. Stuff like 'idiot', 'stupid', 'useless creature' are a norm over here.

      Not professional.Talks in their region language most of the time even in the meetings to communicate. Very rude.i am regretting joining in photon.they treat employees like slaves.No work ethic.Beware to join in this
