Below market pay. Promotions/Raises based on favoritism/prejudice rather than performance or reliability. No benefits. No holidays off. No PTO. No said sick days. Company retaliate's for taking Workers Comp or paying reimbursement for gas mileage/supplies out of pocket. Condescending and incompetent management.

Fast paced environment. Can build a strong team with good culture

Low base pay for new employees, zero in store tip option for the inside employees which would help raise base pay.
