*My hat goes off to Mr. Chris T for turning the Member Services department around with his experience and positive attitude. He sees opportunity where others see a shot for validation and kudos. He would be a substantial asset in turning around the Client Services department. For recognition or not, there’s always room for improvements at this place and Chris is one to make those changes.
Please be prepared that they offer a very engaging benefit package. While the bells and whistles distract you, lurking around the corner is smoke. And where there’s smoke, there’s fire.
They are a twenty year old company working at a start up level because most of the managers bully their way to their positions without formal management training. The blind lead the blind and favoritism runs rampant. Instead of encouragement, you will often find disparaging remarks made at your expense and problems where there really aren’t any. The drama is endless within the team you will work with at the New Jersey office. Newest team members in client services will last on average 6 months before they see the forest for the trees. They claim to kick out the negative people, but they’re really kicking out the people who have their wits about them and can’t stand the bullying and belittling. Most of the clients have been rejected by competitors because of how difficult they are to work with and you’ll deal with impatient and deplorable brokers and HR admins.
If you feel you’re ready for a good browbeating, by all means take a chance at the wheel if misfortune.
