The training has been excellent and very thorough. There is truly open communication across the team, and the friendliness and supportiveness are unlike anything I’ve experienced at previous companies. It’s clear they genuinely want you to succeed and they go above and beyond to set you up for success from day one. Overall, everything so far has been amazing.

The original owner brought a lot of comradery to the whole staff. He didn't treat us like a number, he got to know our names and would ask about our family. My co-workers were really great, and fun, genuinely good people. I was able to work from home 95% of the time. They would host quarterly events so that we could come in person to meet up.
Cons
Middle management was challenging at times. There is one particular person that is still there that if you didn't go with her flow, then you immediately had a target on your back, and would find the smallest things to stay on you until you quit or let you go. There is a potential for a bonus, with multiple financial tiers, but the metrics are like reaching the moon.
