Position Summary
Learn and Leap Autism Center LLC is seeking a Senior Lead BCBA to serve as a key clinical leader within our organization. This role combines advanced clinical expertise with strategic leadership responsibilities, including overseeing case quality, mentoring clinical staff, and supporting center-wide performance.
The Senior Lead BCBA partners closely with the Director of Operations, Clinical Directors, and other leadership, to ensure exceptional service delivery, strong team development, and full compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership & Oversight
- Provide experienced oversight of client programming to ensure clinical excellence across all cases
- Monitor client outcomes and guide data-driven program modifications
- Maintain a small, strategic caseload focused on complex or high-need cases
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to BCBAs and RBTs
- Oversee, review, and develop treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and progress data
- Conduct assessments (FBAs, skill-based assessments) and ensure individualized programming
Staff Supervision & Development
- Mentor, supervise and train, Lead BCBAs, BCBAs, and RBTs
- Provide advanced clinical guidance and decision-making support
- Lead staff trainings, case reviews, and clinical meetings
- Support leadership development among BCBAs
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Ensure all services align with ethical standards set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Oversee clinical documentation to ensure appropriate and accurate medical necessity documentation is taking place, in line with regulatory requirements by insurance, federal and state laws.
- Identify and implement quality improvement initiatives
Operational & Strategic Support
- Collaborate, when needed, with the Director of Operations on staffing models, scheduling efficiency, and caseload distribution
- Support hiring, onboarding, and retention of clinical staff
- Contribute to program development and center growth initiatives
Family & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Provide support and guidance for complex parent concerns and escalations to team
- Ensure high-quality parent training and engagement across programs
- Collaborate with external providers and community partners when needed
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification and applicable state licensures in good standing
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Minimum 3-5+ years of experience as a BCBA
- Demonstrated leadership experience supervising BCBAs and RBTs
- Strong clinical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and vocal communication and team leadership abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a center-based ABA setting
- Experience supporting multi-level clinical teams
- Familiarity with insurance-based services and utilization management

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
