Transformations Health Services (THS) is seeking a highly motivated Community Engagement Coordinator to serve as a community ambassador and business development representative for our behavioral health programs.
This role is ideal for someone who is outgoing, confident, self-directed, and has a proven ability to build relationships that generate results. We are looking for individuals who understand that community engagement is more than simply making visits, it is about developing trust, creating partnerships, and converting opportunities into referrals and clients served.

Position Overview
The Community Engagement Coordinator serves as the primary outreach and community engagement representative for an assigned THS office location.
This position is responsible for increasing awareness of THS services, developing referral relationships, expanding community partnerships, and supporting organizational growth through strategic outreach efforts.
The ideal candidate has proven business development, sales, outreach, community relations, healthcare marketing, or relationship management experience and can successfully convert meetings, presentations, and outreach efforts into active referral relationships and new clients served.
This role focuses on results, relationship-building, and community presence.

Successful Community Engagement Coordinators will be expected to:
Performance will be measured by outreach activity, referral source development, community engagement, and contribution to organizational growth.
Schedule
Part-Time
10-20 hours per week
Daytime availability is required, as outreach visits, networking meetings, presentations, and referral source engagement activities primarily occur during standard business hours.
Additional hours may be available for individuals who are interested in supporting multiple territories or office locations.
