I began by applying online through my University hiring portal. Then I received a call from a recruiter to set up a screening phone interview. I was then instructed to meet a recruiter at my University Career fair where we set up a interview for the next morning. Next, I was invited to their corporate headquarters for a panel interview of several VP's and executives. A few days later, I was asked to complete a phone interview with the branch manager of the area in which I would be assigned. I was told that this was the last step in the hiring process before an offer would be made. Four business days later, I received a offer. Overall, the process was very comfortable and provided great insight into the company culture and potential career paths within it.
