initial HR interview via teams very to the book getting an understanding of what you are looking for.
second interview... last about 30 minutes via teams, basic behavioral and role specific questions.
third interview... be prepared this is a 6 hour in person interview with 6-7 leaders or peers on site. with each time slot lasting anywhere from 15 min - 45 min. This felt more of a get to know you so all could collaborate and make the best decision based on a cultural fit.
do your research on each peer as they all come from different departments with completely different backgrounds. this will help you with what to expect from each and form any follow questions you would have.
from my side it was interesting to hear how each would describe the employee culture and who would make the best fit.
