HUB International interview questions

Had a phone call with Trevor Black pre interview and then got my official interview date with Jim Marks and David Bell. Had a hour or so conversation with them and then shortly after got my official offer letter for the summer.

The process was straightforward, well organized, and refreshingly human. It began with a virtual conversation and progressed to an in-person meeting, both of which felt more like collaborative discussions than formal evaluations. The team was transparent about the role, the expectations, and the timeline at every stage. Communication was prompt and consistent throughout, and the offer and onboarding process that followed was equally smooth and professionally handled. One of the most positive recruitment experiences I have had in my career.
